Library Connect is an area located on Level 0 of The Diamond. It is accessible via UCard swipe access only.

Library Connect is where the Requests for Collection area is located. Requested items must be issued before leaving the area.

There are 2 self service issue and return machines.
There are 2 kiosk machines for checking the catalogue StarPlus and obtaining/changing your PIN.
There are 5 PCs, one of which is lower and has wheelchair access.
You can print, photocopy and scan in Library Connect  where there are:
  • Colour printer
  • Black and White (A3) printer
  • Black and White printers
  •  Accessible photocopier/scanner

There are tables and chairs for you to study at, use your laptop, consult and read books on the shelves, soft seating and a cafe bar style bench with high chairs.  There is an Information point desk if you require any help whilst in Library Connect

External users with a library card may access this area during staffed hours.
