If you are coming to collect lost property, please bring ID as you must sign in the lost property book when you collect your belongings. If the site is closed please contact email@example.com the with details of the lost item and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Handy Tip: If your property has your username on it, we can let you know it has been found! This is especially useful with USB sticks.
Information Commons - All lost property and items found should be handed in to the concierges on the Welcome Desk on Level 0. The desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so if you lose something, please ask the concierges if it has been handed in or telephone: 0114 222 3989.
Western Bank - All lost property should be handed into the information desk on Level 5. The desk is staffed from 9 am until 7pm Mon - Fri and 12 - 6pm at the weekends. Please ask at this desk if you lose something.
Royal Hallamshire Hospital - All lost property should be handed into the Information desk. The desk is staffed from 9 am until 7pm Mon - Fri. Please ask at this desk if you lose something.
The Diamond - Lost property is kept at the Ground Floor main reception in the Diamond. If anything is handed in we will take it down to them. If you find anything or have lost anything please ask at this desk. It is open 24/7 or alternatively you can call the concierges on 0114 222 9134
On Campus - The University of Sheffield's Mail Room is responsible for property found on Campus contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any property found on Campus should be taken to the nearest Porters Lodge. Customer Services at the Edge are responsible for property found on the Endcliffe Village. Please take any items found to the Customer Services Desk at the Edge. For lost property enquiries please contact Customer Services: 0114 222 8800. Please also ask at the Porters Lodges in University buildings for any left belongings/lost property.
