Items are kept on the holdshelf for a standard time of 2 days (excluding weekends) during term time. You will receive an email stating the last day you may collect a reserved item.
If you cannot collect the item in time please contact firstname.lastname@example.org; if the item has not been requested by someone else, or there are multiple copies of the item, we may be able to extend the collection date. The maximum time the collection date can be extended by is 2 days. If you cannot collect the item by the new date, please contact email@example.com and we may be able to extend it for another 2 days provided it has not been requested.
Please ensure you contact the library before your item collection time expires; otherwise the item(s) may be removed from the holdshelf before the date can be extended.
