Please contact the Library Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check shelves for the book at all Library sites but it would be very helpful if you could also continue to look for the item(s) in question.
If we find the book it will be discharged from your account.
The library policy regarding items that are claimed returned or left in the building without being discharged from your account, is that they remain your responsibility until they are discharged from your account. Ultimately if the items cannot be found you would asked to pay for a replacement copy after numerous checks on our shelves.
