If you are accessing articles there is a limit to how many you can download in one session. You may encounter the below message:

The download limit is set to avoid piracy or mass downloads, and allows us to adhere to publisher agreements. It means there is an automated limit on the number of articles that can be downloaded in a short space of time.

If you trigger this limit, a temporary block is placed on your ability to download articles. The block usually lasts for around 2 hours, then it is reset and your account will return to normal. The library is not able to manually reset this block.
