INCITES is a suite of citation metric (bibliometric) tools from Thompson Reuters. We have an institutional subscription to two Incites tools - Journal Citation Reports (used for identifying highly-cited journals) and Essential Science Indicators (used for assessing the citation impact of research and researchers), both of which can be accessed via links at the top of Web of Science. Note that the link to INCITES itself doesn't work, as we don't subscribe to all of it.

More information about bibliometrics can be found here https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/library/research/metrics/index
