1) Log-in to Web of Science (http://www.sheffield.ac.uk/library/cdfiles/wos)
2) Select Search terms
3) Use left-hand side bar to filter results if necessary
4) If search results contains unwanted records you should create a marked list
5) Either from Search Results or Marked list click 'create citation report' (right-hand side above the results list)
6) This produces your citation report

You can screen-grab the graphs by pressing the Print Screen Button on your keyboard and then pasting to an email or other doc, and you can also export the results with options at the bottom of the list
