If you have lost or damaged a book, or it has been stolen, please complete a lost book form.
Once we receive the completed form we will work out a replacement cost if necessary and email you a link that enables you to pay online, via the University's online store.
If a book on loan to you is just lightly damaged and you are unsure of how to proceed, please bring the book to a staffed information desk in any of our library sites and speak to a member of library staff.
