Sometimes EndNote Online needs to re-verify your student credentials. To fix:
1. Go to the university website and log in to MUSE
2. Connect to Web of Science by searching for it in StarPlus or click here
3. Once in Web of Science, click on the EndNote link at the top of the screen and access your EndNote account
4. This should now fix things. You can check your account status in EndNote Online by selecting Options > Subscription
Endnote is available to current members of the University. Once you graduate or leave the University, you may need to switch to a free alternative such as Mendeley or Zotero.
