Applications may take up to four weeks to process and you will be notified by email when your card is ready for collection. 

You can select the library site to collect your card from, you will need to bring proof of your address and photo ID with you. We accept digital proof of address (eg. an online utility bill).

If you wish to renew or replace your card please apply again via the appropriate membership option (online form).
