Every item record on StarPlus has a Details section, containing more information about the item. For example, if you perform a search for 'Lexis Library' and filter your search by resource type to 'Database' you will find the StarPlus record for the Lexis database. Click on the title, and the following information will be available under 'Details'.

Alternatively, every database which The University of Sheffield is subscribed to will have its own database webpage with further information on the database and any relevant links to help. You can access these pages from StarPlus in two ways.

Firstly, on the homepage of StarPlus you will see a Database A-Z option, which opens in a new tab with an alphabetical list of databases. Navigate to the database you need and click its title. You can also search for databases on StarPlus. As above, search using the database title as your keywords, filter the resource type to 'Database', then click 'Available Online' when you have found the record for the database required, and click on the blue link titled 'view full text'.
