Q. How do I access photocopiers, printers and scanners if I have a disability?

We have low-level accessible printers and photocopiers with scanning capabilities at each library site.

We also provide access to Optical character recognition (OCR) scanners. These scanners allow you to convert printed characters into digital text, allowing you to edit the scanned document in a word processing program. The scanners are located next to the Text enlarger workstations at each site.

Paper in various colours is available for students who find copying and printing on coloured paper helpful. Please ask what paper is available at any of the library counters.

If you have a Library Support Worker, they may be able to help you with printing, photocopying and scanning.
