You can use EndNote Desktop on-campus for free by downloading from the IT Services
Software Center. Once you start using it, press the 'sync' button to import all your references from your EndNote Online account.
If this doesn't work straight away, check the following:
- Have you entered your EndNote Online password correctly? This is a different password to your University one and contains a special character such as: [ ] ! * etc.
- Do you have 100s or 1000s of entries in your EndNote Online library? It can take several minutes for the libraries to sync the first time.
