Q. How do I sync my EndNote Online or Endnote Web account with EndNote Desktop?

You can use the EndNote 2025 Desktop version on-campus for free by downloading from the IT Services Software Center. Once you start using Endnote 2025 Desktop, press the 'sync' button to import all your references from your EndNote Online / Web account.

You can access further assistance and support using Endnote via the Endnote training resources from Clarivate.

 

Although Endnote 2025 is the preference, Endnote 21 is still available through IT Services. Older versions of Endnote are also still supported by Clarivate.
