If using a University Managed Desktop or YoYo computer/laptop, you can download the Endnote plug-in from the Software Center.
 
  1. Open the IT Services Software Center (this can be found on the desktop)
  2. Search for 'endnote' and install EndNote 2025.
  3. Open or restart Microsoft Word.
  4. You should see a tab in Word that says 'EndNote'.

Although Endnote 2025 is the preference, Endnote 21 is still available through IT Services.
