There are several reasons why you might not be able to place a request:
- If you see this message - Failed to save the request: Patron has active request for selected item - this means you have already placed a request on the item. You can check your active requests at any time by clicking on the myLibrary Account in StarPlus, and clicking on the 'requests' tab. This will show you any requests you've made.
- If your Library account is frozen you will not be able to place a request until your account is clear.
