There are several reasons why you might not be able to place a Request
- If you see this message - Failed to save the request: Patron has active request for selected item, this means you have already placed a request on the item. You can check your requests at any time by clicking on the 'MyLibrary Account' link at the top of Starplus, and clicking on the 'requests' tab. This will show you any requests you've made.
- If your Library Account is frozen you will not be able to place a Request until your account is clear.
- Is you already have the item on loan you will get the message Failed to save the request: Patron has active loan for selected item
