Q. Can I get help with using Mendeley?

The Mendeley website has a wide range of clear, concise help guides and video tutorials. Mendeley’s Support Center includes Frequently Asked Questions and links to Mendeley’s own technical support. IT Services do not enable Mendeley add-ons/ plug-ins to work with the university's subscription to Office 365 which may cause issues.

The Doctoral Development Programme includes an Introduction to Mendeley course open to all doctoral students at The University of Sheffield.

You can also contact the librarian for your subject if you have a question about using Mendeley or other referencing software and can’t find the information online.
