Q. Can I get help with using Mendeley?

The Mendeley website has a wide range of clear, concise guides and video tutorials. Mendeley’s Support Center includes Frequently Asked Questions and links to Mendeley’s own technical support. IT Services do not enable Mendeley add-ons/ plug-ins to work with the University's subscription to Office 365 which may cause issues.

You can also contact the librarian for your subject if you have a question about using Mendeley or other referencing software and can’t find the information online.
