To do this you need to export your EndNote library as a .ris file and import it into Mendeley.
Endnote Desktop (X9):
- File>Export> Save as type: .xml; Output Style: RefMan (RIS) Export (you may have to find this from the 'select another style' option)
- On Mendeley File>Add Files (find the .xml file you have saved)
On Endnote Web:
- File>Export References> Export Style: RefMan (RIS) Export (you may have to find this from the 'select' option)
- On Mendeley File>Add Files (find the .txt file you have saved - probably called exportlist.txt)
If you export your whole library then it will not carry over any folders, so it might be worth doing it in batches so you can recreate the folders on Mendeley.
