If you have logged in through MUSE then it should not matter whether you are on or off-campus when accessing eResources.

Have you checked the eResources Service Indicators to see if any known problems exist?

The following tips can often resolve the problem:

1. Clear your cache and cookies by hovering over the top toolbar, clicking Safari, then clear history.

2. Enable pop-ups via the same preferences option. Choose websites, then pop up windows and make sure it says allow for the website you are accessing.

3. Try a different browser such as Google Chrome.

4. Update to the latest edition of Foxit Reader or, alternatively, Adobe Reader.

If you continue to have problems it may advisable changing your password as this will synchronise it across all services. Please get back in touch giving an example of your search if possible.

NB - You may find that you are unable to access eResources if you use a VPN connection - please disconnect your VPN and try accessing content again in the first instance.

Watch the video below to see how to troubleshoot in Safari.
