Q. Can I use the library spaces for model making and creative work?

We understand that students may wish to use Library study spaces for creative and design led work, including model making, and we wish to support students in their creative endeavours. Students can use scissors, tape (such as Sellotape and masking tape) and solvent free PVA glue within Library spaces. We ask that students use a craft mat in order to protect Library study desks. Craft mats are available to borrow from the following places:

• Information Commons: Facilities Assistant Desk (Ground Floor - next to the entry gates)
• The Diamond: Facilities Assistant Desk (Ground Floor - next to the Diamond Kitchen café)
• Western Bank Library: Welcome Desk (Level 4 - next to the entry gates)
