Yes, you can use reference managers to create BibTeX files for you.

Create your reference library in your reference manager and export it as a BibTeX (.bib file.) Save the file in the same folder as your LaTeX document. Upload the file using your LaTeX editor (such as Overleaf.) You can insert citations using variations of the \cite command, referencing the unique key for each entry in your .bib file.
