EBSCOhost Epub downloads require Thorium Reader, which is available on University managed desktops via the Software Center or for personal devices from the Thorium site.
While some ebooks on the platform are PDFs that download directly, Epub titles will prompt you to sign into or create a MyEBSCO account to proceed.
Once downloaded, use the unique passphrase generated by EBSCO to open the book; You can use this download on up to six different devices, and Thorium remembers your passphrase for you once you've entered it on your device.
If you forget your passphrase, simply return to the eBook's full-text download view in EBSCO to regenerate it.
Note: Thorium is currently a desktop-only application and does not have a mobile app.
