Many citation databases allow you to export your searches. The instructions below show how to do this in Web of Science, but the process is similar in most databases.
- Click on the name of the marked list you want to export, and it will show all the items on that list.
- Click ‘export’ at the top of the list to show a popup menu of the export method options.
- If you only want to export selected items, tick those; otherwise it will export the full list.
- You can export to reference management software (using the EndNote option, or RIS if you use any other reference management software), Excel, text file etc or email yourself the list.
The easiest way to access papers from the DOI link is to use a tool like LibKey Nomad which will allow you to easily access either our subscription, an open access version of the paper, or request an interlibrary loan if we don’t have access to it. Alternatively, search for the article title in StarPlus to access - you may need to select the ‘Search beyond library collections” option on the ‘Refine your results’ filters if it doesn’t appear in your search results, which will also allow you to request an interlibrary loan if we do not subscribe to that journal.
