Print copies of law reports are located on level 4 Western Bank Library.
  • Use the Cardiff Index to Legal Abbreviations to find what the report abbreviation means (e.g. QB is Queens Bench).
  • Once you have the full name of the law report series you can then look for it on the library Catalogue (StarPlus) to get the shelf mark.
  • Alternatively use the guide attached to the shelves in the LAWS sequence.
Law reports are available online to members of the University via the Lexis and Westlaw Databases.
Some recent reports are freely available online from the British & Irish Legal Information Institute. These can be accessed by external customers.
