Q. Are there any text magnifiers available at any of the library sites?

There are Stand-Alone Video Magnifiers at all library sites.

• Information Commons - Level 1, Rooms 1.25 and 1.28
• Diamond -  Level 4, Library Reference Collection Room
• Western Bank Library- Architecture Room
• Royal Hallamshire Hospital - Reading room PC AS2

Various additional programs are available to assist disabled and dyslexic customers.  

Students who think they may have a disability that requires extra support in their studies should ensure that they contact the Disability and Dyslexia Support Service (DDSS) in the first instance, to discuss their needs and the support options available. Through the DDSS the library can also arrange tours of the various library sites with special attention to additional support equipment.
