If you have lost your work then please stay logged on to the PC you are using, if possible. Go to the nearest Information Desk and someone will try and recover your work. If the desk is closed, try contacting the CiCS helpdesk, by phone 0114 222 1111 or via email helpdesk@sheffield.ac.uk

The best places to save your files are in your University Filestore or Google Drive.
