We will physically check the shelves for the item(s) at all library sites but it would be very helpful if you could also continue to search at home or in your department.

If we find the book it will be discharged from your account.

The library policy regarding items that are claimed returned, or left in the building, is that they remain your responsibility until they are discharged from your account. Ultimately if the items cannot be found you would be asked to pay for a replacement copy after we have completed checking our shelves.
