Please speak to a member of staff at any library site if possible. Staff can assess the problem and either fix the issue or report it, and arrange for your printing account to be reimbursed if necessary.
You can also report faults directly to CiCS by telephoning 0114 222 1111. You will need to know the reference number of the printer which is displayed on the front of each device.
