Our IT service, CiCS (Corporate Information & Computing Services) provides a range of software free, or at discounted prices, to students, staff and departments. Licensing and access to the software varies for each product. There is a list which indicates which software is available to staff and students on both personal devices and University Managed Desktops.

General software including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is already available in the Start menu of all managed desktops. If the academic software you require is not in the Start menu you may need to install it from the Software Center.
