Sometimes a resource is actually a book review of a title.  

When you search for titles in the 'Articles and More' search box in StarPlus you will be able to identify if resources are a book review by:

  • To the left of the records there is an icon identifying the item as a review.

  • The page numbers displayed in StarPlus are often one or two pages as reviews are typically quite brief.   

The review allows you to make an informed decision about if you wish to pursue gaining full access to the resource.  

If you want to see if we hold copies of a book you can search using the University Collections tab in StarPlus. If we do not have a copy of the book.  You can apply via our Interlibrary Request service. The online form can be found in My Services within MUSE, see the following links for more details:
