When you have found the books that you want, you can take them to the self-service machines available at all libraries or to the Information Desk where, on production of your card, staff will issue the book to you. Self-issue machines can provide an itemised receipt of books issued.  To issue books you will need your U-Card and library PIN.

Books cannot be issued to you if you have a block on your library account, such as an item that has been recalled. The library will normally require recalled items to be returned.

Borrowed items remain your responsibility until they are returned.
