Q. Can I save search results I have found in StarPlus?

My Favourites is a tool to save and organise your most relevant records and searches. It allows you to quickly access StarPlus records that you have found and saved in previous searches. 

• To save an item to My Favourites, simply click the pin icon next to the record.
• To save a search click the Save query pin icon at the top of the search results.
• You can organise content in My Favourites by adding labels.
• To access My Favourites, log in to StarPlus and click on your name in the top right-hand corner. From the dropdown menu, click Saved Items.

If you used StarPlus before September 2019 then this feature has replaced your e-shelf. Any existing e-shelf items will already have been migrated into My Favourites.
