Q. Are digital library resources available overseas?

The majority of online library resources can be accessed from overseas in exactly the same way as normal. Ensure you are logged in to StarPlus at the beginning of your session to ensure you have full access to our subscriptions.

The licenses of some resources do have geographical restrictions. They are as follows:

• Box of Broadcasts - originally only available in the UK, but the service has been extended temporarily to users in the EU.
