Q. How do I know if my requested electronic articles have arrived?

You will need to check your email inbox, and any junk or spam folders regularly. 

Electronic articles from the British Library will be sent from noreply@bldss.bl.uk so they can be easily identified. For more information on receiving and opening British Library resources please see ‘I can't open my interlibrary article from The British Library’.

Articles supplied by other lending institutions will be sent to your University email from the Library, and will contain a link to your requested article. If you experience any issues accessing these, please contact ilr@sheffield.ac.uk for further guidance.
